We are looking for:

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. An expert at using lead generation tools and techniques to generate lists of target prospects accounts
  2. Qualifying prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted relevant questions and schedule meeting for our sales department.
  3. Speaks with CEOs, Head of Sales, Head of IT, Head of Finance at Mid-Size and Large Enterprise 
  4. Scheduling of discovery calls for sales team
  5. Proficient at using sales development platforms to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email and social touches
  6. Meet or exceed qualified lead quotas

OTHER DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Reporting to unit head and board of directors, providing presentation and analysis
  2. Attend face to face meetings weekly to update on progress
  3. Manage client collections and monitor deliverables to client
  4. Have working knowledge of FMCG, Pharma, CPG or other growth industries that can be an advantage to the role
  5. Maintaining own physical and mental health, and follows health protocols for work and home, ensuring continuity of work without redundant issues affecting work and attendance

DEPLOYMENT TECHNICIAN

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Handles onboarding of client’s users into Beatroute platform, providing user credentials and training
  2. Deploys platform to all stakeholders for the client, provides training and orientation on usage and workflow
  3. Prepares and schedules needed events with the client and its users
  4. Provides reports on knowledge transfer on user side, ensuring users have a seamless Beatroute journey towards mastery
  5. Supports the core team with inputs on scoping, solutioning, enhancements, roll-out, project management and technical support

OTHER DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Understands and implements the SLA of Beatroute with its clients
  2. Reports to unit head and board of directors, providing presentation and analysis
  3. Attend face to face meetings weekly to update on progress
  4. Have good working knowledge of CRM, SFA, ERP, or other SaaS platforms that can be an advantage to the role

PROJECT MANAGER

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Designs and implements a roll-out plan for Beatroute implementation for the client
  2. Develops an engagement plan for client’s users and set up a success criteria for the roll-out, setting internal KPIs for the project
  3. Prepares and schedules needed events with the client and its users
  4. Coordinates with Deployment and Tech Support teams for any activity and issues
  5. Manages distributors and sub-distributors for the client in terms of Beatroute ecosystem
  6. Maintains timetable of client and adheres to client budget for the project
  7. Generates reports for the client and manages admin portals as instructed by client
  8. Performs duties or tasks as assigned by client in relation to the project

OTHER DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Mastery of Beatroute platform and encouraging the same to all users within the project scope
  2. Reports to unit head and board of directors, providing presentation and analysis of the project, as well as reporting to client’s management team
  3. Acts as liaison for Redstar and client and handles issues concerning both parties
  4. Attend face to face meetings weekly to update on progress
  5. Attends physical events of client related to the project, travelling to distributor locations as needed
  6. Maintaining own physical and mental health, and follows health protocols for work and home, ensuring continuity of work without redundant issues affecting work and attendance
